Horse Treats with Omega Fields

One 3.5lb bag: $31.95 | 15lb box: $82.95

Omega Nibblers Low Sugar & Starch are my favorite healthy treat for horses. They are made with simple ingredients, with a base of stabilized ground flax. Their cute heart shape is a huge bonus!

I also love that these treats are strong enough to not crumble in my pocket, but also light enough to easily snap into smaller pieces for training. And of course, all the horses LOVE these treats! I’ve yet to meet a horse who turns these away.

Available in Peppermint, Apple or Molasses flavor – they are all low in sugar & starch, but the molasses flavor has 1% more NSC due to the real blackstrap molasses used to flavor it. You can read more on this page or head to the Omega Fields website to order your own with my code NANTUCKET for 10% off.

Pharm-Aloe AloeGut

4 Pack: $54.99

If you want to gift a possibly life-saving item, I would always suggest a pack of AloeGut. These syringe forms of Pharm-Aloe’s aloe vera offer a convenient way to administer emergency aloe vera. Many cases of colic have been resolved with one syringe, but more developed cases can take more!

Having these on hand just in case, to administer at the first signs of literally anything suspicious, is the greatest peace of mind AND can save a horse’s life. I’ve also used these for my dog for similar situations, where he’s eaten things he shouldn’t and resulted in serious stomach issues.

I have a 100% success rate so far, and have heard so many stories of success! I’ve even seen first hand how a horse experiencing unusual grumpiness at a show had a complete turnaround to her normal self after just one AloeGut. If your horse hates syringes, you can also feed 2 capfuls of their 4X Concentrate – but in serious emergencies, the AloeGut is the easiest way to get it down quickly! I feed 1/2 a cap daily to my horses, dog, and 1/8 cap to my cats. You can also take a cap yourself, but the taste is strong so I recommend mixing with juice! Use my code NANTUCKET to save 20% on your first order on their website. This code will only work once, so I do recommend that you buy more than one bottle or pack if you’re going to use it! You’ll save more in the long run, and I know you’ll love the results.

Forage Porridge

1 Pack: $10.25 | Free shipping over $50

The cutest, healthiest mash kits for any horse! These are handmade with so much care & thought. She has sugar-free options as well as sweet treats, so you can find options for any horse. Mix & match flavors to create the loveliest gift basket for your friends – because we all know that nothing makes a horse girl happier than seeing their horses happy. 🙂 Take a look at her selection at theforageporridge.com!

Slow-feed HayPlay Bag Snack Size

1 Pack: $99.95

This gift would last for….ever? I’m not sure, I’ve been using mine for months, nearly everyday, and it looks good as new! A twist on traditional hay nets, these bags allow a different foraging experience by allowing you to mix in things like pellets, cubes, veggies or treats. Since the horse can only access the holes instead of the full surface area, they get to use their nose a little more! If you hang it where it cannot be pushed against a wall, it will last for hours. But you can also feed on the ground or in a bin. I also love their XL size for feeding on the ground! You can use the code NANTUCKET for 15% off on their website.

Nanoflex

$36.95 4 oz | $99.95 1 oz

I use this on my own joints ALL the time, I keep a small jar in my desk that I refill from the 16oz in the barn. I also apply to the horse’s major joints before rides as often as I can remember. It works instantly on my own hands, and after regular use my achy finger joints actually stopped aching, and I didn’t need to use it anymore…so while it seems crazy and futuristic, it truly works. It has also helped my father’s chronic tendonitis, and Use the code “TRUBEE” for 10% off on their website!

HayChix Half Bale Net

$37-65 depending on hole size

Everyone can use an extra half bale net, right? I have at least 6, so we can fill new nets and replace nets already out with the horses. I like to have the largest hole size for the trailer, and then then smallest “extreme” size is great for horses who need their hay to last a little longer. They also have cute merch on their website, and you can save 20% on your order by going through my link.

StripHair Horse Bundle

$59.95

Every horse owner can use a StripHair Gentle Groomer, even if they already have one. I like to keep one in the trailer, the truck, and the barn. They are also incredibly useful in the home, and work better than anything else to remove pet hair from carpet, rugs and upholstery – especially on stairs and in cars.

They also make phenomenal grooming wipes that are great for cleaning just about anything, and are safe for using around the eyes. The wipes are reusable many times over, and we stick them in the wash to use as cleaning rags until they fall apart! You can find the gift bundle here.

Natural Release & No Thrush

$16.99 8oz Natural Release | $24.16-$49.99 No Thrush

These two products are SO good. Natural Release is amazing for muscles, and I use it on myself as much as the horses. It works well on muscle cramps and pains, and the horses obviously enjoy when it is applied. No Thrush is my thrush treatment and prevention product of choice, and works incredibly well. I like that it is non-toxic and does not harm live tissue.

Herbal Enrichment Pack

$15 for a flight of 7 horse-friendly herbs

Enrichment is one of the pieces of horse care that is often overlooked. Horses who live in restricted spaces are often left with the least natural enrichment, especially when it comes to their sense of smell. A great gift for any horse or horse-owner is a pack of horse-friendly herbs, which can be used one at a time or in a full out “water bar”.

I like to add a small amount of herbs to water to create teas for my horses. They LOVE it. And there are so many herbs out there that are perfectly safe for horses to consume, especially in small quantities. Of course, there are also powerful herbs that can be used for their specific benefits too!

It is most economical to buy herbs by the pound, but if you don’t want to deal with that much at once our Herbal Enrichment Packs are a great alternative. You get 7 different herbs, enough of each to use for 1-2 water buckets depending on how strong of a brew you want it to be. Horses can enjoy by tasting the floating herbs, or by drinking the tea! I’ve found that some herbs are preferred after brewing for a day in the sun, while others seem to be enjoyed most right away. It is such a fun way to add a touch of joy.
